Thanks for visiting.  You've landed on my REO or Bank-Owned Properties website, which looks similar to my other sites. Here, find an inventory of strictly-foreclosed properties offered by lenders. The "Bank-Owned Properties" button takes you to virtually ALL such offerings throughout the foothills.

This site also has a custom home search option; fill in your preferences, and you'll be kept abreast of listings & price changes in your chosen areas. NOTE: unless you specify otherwise, this search  filters through ALL offerings in the MLS system, i.e. the results won't be limited to bank-owned properties.
